I’ve spent more than 20 years shaping images, ideas, and visual narratives across advertising, design, and brand communications.
I began my career in Auckland, New Zealand, at Meares Taine, a small but ambitious agency where I learned the craft from the ground up. Not long after, I established my own retouch studio, collaborating with many of the country’s leading ad agencies, design studios, and photographers on campaigns spanning print, digital, and experiential work.
In 2008, what began as a two-to-six-month trip abroad gradually turned into something more permanent, eventually leading me to London, where I’ve been based ever since.
Since then, I’ve continued to build my career across the UK and Europe, working as a senior retoucher, visualiser, and image-maker, while occasionally stepping into art direction and design roles within multidisciplinary studios and agency environments. I’m as comfortable refining the finest visual details as I am helping shape the bigger creative picture.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with globally recognised agencies, brands, and creative teams including BBC, M&C Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA, Leo Burnett, McCann Erickson, The Mill, Taylor James, and many others.
